Not to mention the grills are covered in ants that also makes it difficult to clean up since there is no sink anywhere near the barbecue area. One of the rules on the list in the barbecue area say to throw away all trash in the receptacles, but there isn't a trash in the barbecue section. Property owners should take a visit to the buildings themselves and observe how there properties are being managed.

The landlord does make himself accessible which is fantastic, when my dishwasher died they replaced it immediately with a really nice, better one, which is not something landlords often do.
