RATS...RATS... and more RATS!
December 29, 202012/23/2020- Informed leasing office and personnel of signs of RAT activity and damage inside apartment. Learned other tenants had informed office of concerns of RAT activity, before my complaint. 12/24/2020- I Killed first of several RATS inside apartment. “Pest Control Technician” came to apartment to inspect and implement RAT control measures. “Pest Control Technician” placed bait packs (poison) in “high activity” locations. This left more than 50% (spare bedroom / closet, spare bathroom and ...lanai) unusable due to pets in the apartment. Apartment personnel supposedly also made arrangements for repair of damage caused by RATS for 12/28. Example of the damage caused by RATS is holes in ceiling where they enter & exit living space of apartment. 12/25/2020- Killed two RATS this day... Merry Christmas! 12/26 thru 12/27- Killed three RATS and contacted Leasing Office message center for direction of disposal of Dead RATS. Leasing Office has not addressed Dead RAT disposal issue as of 12/29. Normal business hours resumed 12/28 @ 09:00. 12/28/2020- Waited till 11:00 for person I was told who would repair holes in ceiling. Person was a no show and informed leasing office person of no show. Was told that it would be looked into. Haven’t heard back from Leasing Office. 12/29/2020- Disposed of another dead RAT caught in living area. Business hours have started for the day. Headed to Leasing Office for update on repairs & remedial measures being taken for RATS in living area...Wish me luck!Property Manager Responded

Rip off in every sense of the word
September 19, 2018They charge way too much for what it is. Our apartment came bug infested and even after bug bombs was still horrible. They were redoing the apartment below us and drove all the bugs up to our apartment. Every appliance would break at least once a month the matinence people were nice and helpful but everything in the apartment was done as cheaply as possible so they could have all the money. Also we got the rug professionally cleaned and everything was replaced and we were still billed. Management ...is beyond greedy. December 30, 2017My husband and I have lived all over the world. He is a Chef and I'm a traveling nurse. I had read a couple of bad reviews before our site visit..and was a little aprehensive about living here. This place is great! Set behind a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, church and State park. Its great to watch kids playing catch with their Dads and Moms, riding bikes and playing ball. The Pool, Grills and the Exercise rooms are always kept clean and in working order. They are pet friendly here and ...just charge a nominal fee for a pet.We are hoping to find a kitten very soon. Our neighbors are very kind and made a nice effort to welcome us to the neighborhood and asked if they can be of any asistance. The computer room is great with printers and scanners, which we sometimes need. Their MOVIE THEATRE is awesome with a huge viewing screen, along with awesome surround sound that beats any theaters in apartments- hands down. The staff Sherri, MGR.,Sue and Cheyanne and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond making us feel welcome, helping us find great furniture and just being on top of everything. They are very organized, smart and efficient. We look to staying here for the next year, before we build our house. They even have a NO DEPOSIT option to move in! Relocated from New Jersey
October 11, 2015I wanted to relocate from New Jersey to Bradenton after the brutal winter we had last year. It has been one of the best decisions I've made. I looked at many rentals in the area and made my decision to move to The Vista of Palma Sola based on many things but mostly on the location which is perfect. Closed to the beaches of Ana Maria Island , shopping and restaurants . I can drive to the beach in less than 15 minutes. It's a beautiful complex with luscious greenery. The rooms are roomy, large ...closets are to die for, nice Pool and friendly staff . The Maintenance staff are wonderful ; problems are resolved quickly . September 28, 2015This apartment community is about as close as you can get to the beach. It's also close to shopping. The apartment has a large kitchen and bathroom. I find the office staff to be very friendly and maintenance is always quick and friendly too. Great Locaction
September 23, 2015I have been living in these apartments for 3 years now, the front office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great, as it is about a 10 minute drive from the beach and right by Manatee ave and Cortez road. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is well maintained. They are a dog friendly complex which is a plus. August 1, 2015I have lived at Vista at Palma Sola with my family for a year and I've been loving every minute of it. From the shady, tree lined areas, to the serene lake filled with various species of wildlife, this is a calming oasis in a bustling city. The apartments are spacious and modern and the amenities are well appointed. The pool and barbecue area is one of the highlights of the complex while the gym has all the equipment you require for a complete workout. West Bradenton gem
July 28, 2015Vista at Palma Sola is a great place to live in Bradenton as a young professional. It's close to the beach and a 10-minute drive to downtown/other restaurants and bars. There's a quick back way to Sarasota, too, when you want to get into a different scene. Affordable living is hard to find in Bradenton and though I haven't renewed yet, a coworker of mine who also lives here told me they didn't raise her rent dramatically (by $13, she said). Pest control is reliable and when I have seen pests, and ...it hasn't been often, it's taken care of quickly. The same goes for other maintenance requests. The common laundry room was just remodeled and now accepts credit/debit cards, which is incredibly convenient instead of coin laundry. The pool is clean and a fun place to hang out on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The management company recently held a cookout/pool party which was a good opportunity to get to know neighbors.
