December 30, 2024I’ve been living at Vive Luxe for 2.5 years and recently moved into a larger apartment. I haven’t had any issues during my time here. The management has always been responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I really enjoy the amenities offered, and it’s great to see that they’re constantly upgrading the building. 1540$ loss!!! Poor Leasing manager Service, ignores residents' email.
September 10, 2024If you want your car to be towed, even if you pay the expansive parking fee, while you are travelling and pay 1540$ to get it back and leasing manager and manager's manager keep ignoring your emails for 2 months and you'll never be able to speak to him via phone, this is the right place for you! Avoid this place! I have evidence of everything I say, I kept record of every email I sent to them. This is what you get if you choose to live here!!!!!!!! However, our new rules and policies have some great benefits let making more available parking for all our residents, protection of your assigned space by allowing us to enforce parking permit only areas, more guest parking available and we even added the availability of our LARGE dethatched garage that is 1 hour FREE for all guests. September 5, 2024Do not move here they do not clean the apartments between residents and they are in poor condition. Maintenance is not done on the apartments between resident. The garage door does not work we have been locked in/out multiple times. Key fobs do not work. There is animal urine throughout the building.Property Manager Responded

Rude staff
February 19, 2024The apartment is new and nice. It has very good facilities like pool, gym and barbecue. It is new and looks so nice. 2 years a go when we moved here, it was amazing. We had the best parties every month. We were waiting for the parties each month to gather and know the neighbors. I never forget the Halloween, we had casinos and other games, drinks and food. We danced a lot. So gooood. And staff were so kind and caring. The second year, the management and the owner changed… so everything has ...changed too!!!! Unfortunately, Staff are very rude. They do not ask you to do something, they sent an email and make you to do it! They do not care about people who live there and what they need! They only think about the rent due. Some random people had fab (do not know how) they were in the pool area at midnights for a couple of months, and were playing ping-pong in 2-3am. The parking smells bad most of the time! They start to make parties, the cheapest parties ever. Boring. Once I asked for better taste of seltzer. they answered me, I have to be grateful we get drunk for free!!! We do not get drunk for free, we pay monthly! If you have better opportunity, do not move here! Also the apartment itself is nice. For a couple of months, when you move, are so polite and caring, after a while everything changes!!!!Property Manager Responded
