Great so far!
July 18, 2022My roommate and I had just moved in earlier in the month. We had been working with the staff for a month prior trying to sort out everything, and the staff was incredibly helpful through the process. They were very kind in answering all our questions. Upon move-in, the apartment was in pretty good condition, minus a few scratches to the counters. There are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms or the living room, so bring lamps! It hasn't bothered us much at all. Amenities are awesome, but lots of ...kids are in the pool during summer. Overall, we've had an awesome move-in experience.Property Manager Responded

Old, depressing, and a bit deceptive
March 8, 2022The on-site management team tries, but the apartments are very old and dark. Maintenance can only do so much. They also charge numerous fees on move out — everything from mandatory rug shampooing to “final statement” fees. Those add a few hundred dollars— not huge, but very sleazy.Property Manager Responded

Maintenance Rocks!
January 20, 2020Repairs are not at issue at Vizcaya Hilltop Apt! They are super timely and Juan and his partner are very polite and respectful. They can fix anything!
