the epitome of mediocre
October 26, 2021it’s kinda close to uc. there’s half way management. maintenance is exceedingly mediocre. there’s the faintest hint of parking. ceilings and walls get the Land Lord Special of painting over everything. lots of dips and dives in the wall itself. laundry? gotta pay and half the time it doesn’t fully dry. if i could break my lease early, i would.Review from Apartments.com
Can't Recommend
May 11, 2020When I originally viewed the apartment complex, I was show to a different unit than the one I would actually live in. I didn't think much of this as it was my first time moving out of my parents' house, but I quickly regretted it when I actually moved in. My unit was the only one in the entire building that didn't have an air conditioning unit (one of the window units), so I'm not sure what happened there but I moved in during the early fall, so it was still unbearably hot outside. I could only ...afford to have 1 fan, and was boiling hot even at night. I could barely sleep it was so hot. On top of that, there has been a roach problem since I moved in. I have had to store all of my food in sealed containers, and see them crawling everywhere. They have come in and exterminated twice in the 6+ months I've lived here, and there's been some improvement. When I moved in there was a small plant growing through my wall which I plucked out, and I have recently found another one. But one of the worst parts is that when I moved in to the unit, nothing was cleaned but the carpet. There is caked on dirt and dead bugs between the stove, fridge, and sink (on both sides), the oven looked like it had never been cleaned, the toilet and tub were both filthy, and I had to spend hours scrubbing the place down to get everything clean.
