    I've loved living here for the last month. The community is great and the management staff are some of the most kind and helpful people I've ever met. The building is super clean, safe, and calm. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a new home.

    I highly recommend living in Wilco. The leasing manager and asst manager (Glen and Erin) are the nicest without compromising professionalism. Even maintenance and security are reliable. Amenities and community events make my stay here all the more fantastic.

    I truly have enjoyed living here the past 3 weeks. I found Wilco on Zillow. All communication was done virtually as I was on the east coast. I moved in site u seen and everything was as pictured online! It smells great In the building. Truly appreciate the dog park and all the amenities. I am very pleased with my apt. Very spacious for a studio!

    My experience as a Wilco resident has been nothing short of amazing. The building is incredibly clean, safe, and welcoming. The management staff is so friendly and approachable and made me feel at home from day 1.     Living in Wilco is an amazing experience. Building is well maintained. Neighbor is nice and quiet. Staff is very on point. They are willing to help you and wants to get the job done quick and the right way. When I looking for new apartments, I spoke to many leasing staffs at variety of managment. Wilco was most responsive and straightforward. Overall, I am very satisfied with living in wilco.

    Wilco is awesome. A real hidden gem with full concrete bones, so noise is relatively minimal. Staff is awesome and friendly. The 800 sq ft 1 BR is a very unique and open floorplan with floor to ceiling windows, which is very adaptable and great for plants.
