April 3, 2023I enjoy living at Willow Creek! I have quiet neighbors who are friendly and we live very close to campus for a great price. One thing is our internet isn't the greatest and we have to call Shentel often to fix it.Review from Apartments.com

Noisy
April 11, 2022The apartment complex can be very noisy at times. The walls are very thin and if you live on the side by the parking lot you will hear peoples car bass. People do not clean up after their pets and the grounds outside always have trash/ broken glass. The staff is super nice and helpful.Property Manager Responded

good, especially for price
January 28, 2022the staff is easy to communicate with. moving in was super easy. maintenance always arrives in a timely manner. we have had issues with the neighbors above us, since they have two large dogs. the floors are extremely thin and it sounds like horses above us, often keeping us up or waking us up during odd hours of the night. additionally, we have had issues with the third party site that they use for electricity bills.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2020Horrible. My son’s lease ended end of May. It is now August 9th. He and roommates meticulously cleaned apartment and left it in great condition. I have called for several weeks and all I get is excuses, “the check is in the mail”, we are so sorry”, etc. Willow Creek purchased the apartments from, Price Williams, a reputable developer and owner.
