About Waite Park Crossing

Waite Park Crossing is a 76 unit apartment complex home to one, two, and three bedroom apartments in five floor plans across three secure buildings. Each apartment features a private patio or deck, spacious bedrooms, a kitchen pantry, and dishwasher. The complex features on-site laundry in each of the three buildings as well as a recreation building with a heated indoor pool. WI-FI available - up to 600 MBps Garage Parking available! Our Garbage policy is simple. Each month $10 per tenant is added to your rent to pay for garbage. This means one less utility account to setup and one less step to get into your new place. We make it easy! From scheduling a showing, paying your rent to submitting a maintenance request and signing your lease, it’s all online. Disgusting and stinks
May 4, 2024The hallways stinks so bad, and when I asked the manager to clean it, they did not even clean it, there are so much cockroaches and it's so dirty in the hallways.Review from Apartments.com

Calling and refusing to show
February 28, 2024I called the provided number and asked if I there’s a day I’d like to move in. Told the lady that I’m not gonna give an exact date as there’s several other apartment complexes competing with them. She immediately just tells me to go onto their website and look there. Rather go into the complex to smell the place and see how it’s maintained. Since I can’t. Imma assume they’re not the type to take care their tenets.Review from Apartments.com
