in 7/2021. It says that garbage is a covered utility on rental agreement, but that's not true they do charge for garbage. They will tell you one amount to get you into the unit then systematically raise the rent to above market rate, and the homes are total dumps. There is a rat, mouse, and insect issues that they charge the tenants for if they complain and help is requested. Yes RATS very big nasty looking rats. I came home to find a dead mouse stuck under my garage door tat goes into my home. I threw it outside where it stayed for 5 days. They had a wonderful manager that they made do things that he wasn't okay with and he left. Now it's a total made house, children running around until 11 pm unsupervised throwing trash all around the complex and over peoples fences. The garage bin is overflowing daily the list is endless.

premises. There are young children not being monitored on the playground and have destroyed parts of it like an umbrella and they have been seen throwing big rocks at cars, in the street, in the park. Those are just a few things that crossed my mind.
