I love the area
December 20, 2024Well since I've been here I do have number three manager I moved in here in the beginning of November and I really do love it it's a cozy place the way the economy is yes you do get what you pay for the only problem I have is I have a hole in my ceiling that is is big as my kitchen the heat that's going out is costing me it's been like this for now about 2 weeks and some then they keep sending me stuff not knowing what was when or what was it I moved in here the beginning of November they didn't ...know that I pay my insurance they did not know that I paid my utility and it's just that's the only problem but as far as where I stay I love it I have had maintenance come over here but he came and never came back I don't really know what's going on but I'm just trying my best just to think of better days I do know about the new Property Owners but I don't know what to do sometimes I just give it to GodRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t do it!
February 2, 2022I have been a resident with walnut ridge for about 9 months now and well it’s probably been the worst experience in general. I don’t recommend this place at all. It may be a great price for the area and this market but it’s not worth all the stress and how you’re treated. I’ve been yelled at by management, talked to like I’m an idiot, and completely ignored for months just for asking them to be decent landlords and uphold the lease I signed. They are playing the victim and like I’m the problem ...tenant when I bring something up and they give excuse after excuse for problems they haven’t fixed, claim they don’t see my work orders on the system, and you can’t even talk to someone at Orion property group when you call them you gotta leave a voicemail and only 2 of my 17 voicemails were returned in the last few months (which they claim they haven’t seen the other voicemails)! Just don’t do it, it’s not worth it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Get what you pay for
March 22, 2019You get what you pay for. Its like pulling tooth and nail to get any mainance done. I lived without airconditionind for 3 days last summer. Bathtub faucet been leaking for 2 weeks now. Drain in kitchen leaks. They are billing me for having the drains snaked out.Review from Apartments.com
Kinda Felt Like a Scam
April 26, 2018I wish there were a no stars option. Was shown an apartment in poor condition when an identical unit had just been renovated and was ready to rent. Only got to see the renovated unit because we specifically asked to be shown all other available units in the small, complex. Then submitted our proof of income which exceeded the income threshold, but was then told we needed to provide additional pay-stubs from previous months then they denied us because we submitted multiple months worth of ...income. They took our application fee and ran. Very shady process. Also, they are very difficult to get ahold of. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
