August 7, 2023The most incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced. Never email you back. Ignores calls. No communication whatsoever. Used to be a nice place to live. Now we are looking to move asap. Zero Stars
October 14, 2022Low quality, high priced apartments with amenities that never work and no storage whatsoever kitchen is tiny and minimal cabinets and zero pantry space. My apartment had a major water leak problem in the second bedroom. Leak was never fixed after several attempts over an entire year. Missy was a pleasure to work with and accommodating but can't say the same for the rest of the staff. Now that Missy is gone new management is in place, after I had followed protocol regarding giving a 30 day ...written notice of vacancy in august before my lease was up to the office that they approved, I just received an email 42 days later stating i owe 1600 for not giving a 60 day notice which was not the policy at the time for renting month to month. Office staff won't respond to my dispute and won't give me my deductible back. We found a house to rent for cheaper and it is much nicer and larger. Our happiness has been restored after leaving this apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Our policies and lease documents are industry standard and we are focused on exercising equal treatment of all residents under this guidance. LOVE IT HERE!
September 10, 2022I love it here! Maintenance responds promptly. My apartment is beautiful, lots of my own personal touch but new paint and carpet when I moved in. My calls to the management office are either answered or followed up on within a day. And the office girls are very polite and friendly! I have not experienced complaints I have read in some of the reviews. I owned my home before moving here, so apartment living has been a change. Abiding by the no loud music and pet rules were a bit of adjustment but ...have adjusted and my neighbors are respectful and we adhere to necessary guidelines for apartment living. November 13, 2021Do not move here! You will be bombarded with text messages about food trucks being on the property and property problems that have nothing to do with you or your building but will never be answered when it comes to anything of any importance. Apartment size refrigerator for a family size apartment. Absolutely no kitchen storage or storage in the units whatsoever unless you pay the extra money a month for a garage that you have to wait a year for one to be open anywhere near your own apartment. ...Grills and fire pits are never cleaned and always taken over by staff and their friends. Tanning bed is not maintained or bulbs check regularly. Children are told to leave their bikes under the railings only to have them removed by the staff and maintenance crew and then taken and held hostage until you have a conversation with the staff about your children not putting their bike away. Vendors and contractors showing up and only being given less than 12 hours notice to make arrangements for pets and children who are in virtual school. Or vendors entering every apartment which causes issues in the middle of a pandemic. Office staff is completely rude and seem to think that they and their friends can get away with not following the rules. We have had two different issues with residents below us “smoking” non cigarettes and the smell coming in to our apartment and nothing was ever done about it after we contacted the office. No where near luxury
July 30, 2021There isn’t a single thing that is “luxury” about this apartment. Economy appliances and utilities for “premium” amenities that we will never personally use. I would not have moved in here had I known how many corners were cut to afford the tanning bed. June 15, 2020Where do I begin? My husband and I were so excited about moving here because of the beauty all around, but we’ve had a bad experience. Even after discussing similar thoughts with close neighbors, we decided to leave after our lease was up, and that still caused issues. First, when my husband I went to sign the lease to move in, we were told to come back another day to receive the keys. When I did so alone, I was told the papers I signed had been misplaced and I would need my husband back to sign ...papers before receiving the key. I stood my ground and got the key. Next, they only gave a married couple ONE mail key, when asked for another, due to misplacing the first one because we kept having to switch it off, we were told it would COST $50!!!! So that, we paid. No one ever responds to emails. When I have a need or question, they respond no less than 3-4 days. When we moved out, we emailed them some things that day, and I HAVE YET to receive an email confirming our prior email. ITS BEEN WEEKS. Only a large bill was charged to us saying we needed our carpet redone with no proof of it being needed. The management team is just okay, but one lady is the meanest. We heard from several people before we moved in, that we had asked how they liked it here, and they all mentioned the rude personalities of the management and boy were they right. The walls of the apartment, are SUPER THIN and just a primer, anything that touches them sticks. My husband had heard this from a co worker that lives here and it too came to be true. Theres no storage space, at all. For the price rent is, they do not keep up with the place. The exterior is very dull and dusty. The area is beautiful, but we are very happy to be out. Trying to leave, they are trying to charge us for an extra week of living there when the date of move out had already been a week prior, dated, and signed. We are very happy where we are now.
