August 8, 2020The single elevator is continually breaking down. Too bad if you live on the top floor! Also, your mailbox key fits all the other mailboxes (except for those people who have reduced rents for some peculiar reason.)Review from Apartments.com
Do not live here
July 17, 20205 West Group is grossly irresponsible and dangerously incompetent. The building has bed bugs, water damage, flooded apartments, no floor in the laundry room, and the side doors do not lock so anyone in Lansing can just stroll into your home. Do not live here. It is not worth the cheap rent.Review from Apartments.com
