Trash Heap Disguised As An Apartment
November 26, 2021My fiancé and I went to check out this apartment after nobody from the leasing agency would call us back for a month, only to discover an absolute pig sty. Most of the apartments were boarded up, there was trash everywhere, and it looked all but abandoned. I’m pretty sure one of the roofs had caved in as well.Review from Apartments.com

Love this place, building and staff
October 29, 2016I've been here for a year and loved it. The management staff is fantastic and responsive. The maintenance team are first rate. Absolutely love the building, staff and location. The building is beautiful inside and out, the staff are so friendly, attentive and customer service oriented and you can't beat the location.Buses and shuttles are conveniently located very close. A lot of the units have great sunlight and you never have to worry about trash bins being full. What else can I say, I love ...this place and the people who run it. I will always have this complex in my heart for what it delivered and took me through. Great Apartment
October 26, 2016My cousin came to visit us this summer, it was almost impossible to find any short term lease apartment that fit the schedule and their high standard. I stumble upon this apartment while searching desperately on the internet and they offered us with the 2 bedroom unit with an "Amazing view. The apartment was fully furnished and equip with everything we need during our stay. Staff are very professional and helpful. Location is very nice as well filled with great restaurants and shopping and ...neighbor are very quiet during the night. So bad.
August 4, 2015The description of these apartments as being spacious is a flat out lie. If you have a full size bed then there is certainly no separate dining area. The included wifi is unreliable at best and the requests for maintenance are not honored unless you withhold your rent. I had a gaping hole in my bathroom ceiling for months, that they assured me had been fixed even as I stared at it. On several occasions the water was shut off for no reason.Review from Apartments.com
