December 1, 2024I love the Washington Quarters Apartment community! I've been living here for more than a year and I couldn't be happier. Kind, courteous service--both from the front desk as well as Maintenance--they all respond quickly and efficiently. This is a quiet community surrounded by oodles of trees. After looking at many apartments in this area, once I found WQ, I knew I was home. On the west side of Avon, right across from the Avon Police Department, it is a perfect location--easy access to all ...the stores, etc., yet quietly tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
