      We currently live in the Washington Square Apartments. The rent is under $600 and it is an alright deal for the price. It was recently bought by Candlewood Property Management. The locale is very nice and quiet with friendly neighbors in the 4-plex. The only thing that I can really complain about is cosmetics. The walls were said to be painted when we moved in, however, they were yellow when originally white. We ended up painting the living room, Master Bedroom and the bathroom the colors ...
      we wanted. It really added a value to the place. The cabinets were not fully connected to the wall for the first year and this could have caused a huge problem. Finally, the carpeting is stained and just overall gross. It would be nice if it could be replaced as every time we vacuum I have to leave because it kicks up so much dander from past tenants. Overall i gave this place a 3 out of 5 stars.
