You'll spend most of it fixing your vehicle after its broken into time and time again.

She works hard to make sure the tenants are happy and taken care of. Kelley never hesitates to make sure the tenants follow the rules and regulations, which is Much appreciated! Kelley is by far the best Property Manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The complex is small, which is nice and overall a quiet community. The parking is a little funky! It is an older building and could use a few updates. The front doors could use a new paint job and the hall walls could use some cleaning, that would be my only criticism. A great and convenient location and I feel very safe here.

manager Kelly hoping she could let me into my apartment. She told me office hours were not until monday and to call a locksmith. Unable to pay for a locksmith, I was sitting outside of the apartment complex when Kelly walked up with a shopping bag from 7-11. I begged her to let me into the apartment politely and desperately. She said "do not talk to me, this is not office hours. Office horus begin on Monday." I offered her money in a last attempt to persuade her to open my apartment for me. As I continued to beg "please" she kept her back turned, ignoring me, and walked inside the apartment building without remorse. As I sat crying in the parking lot, she called my phone back after changing her mind, and she charged me $25 for admittance to my own home. I have lived here for 2 years, and it was the greatest place I ever had the honor of inhabiting. During the 2 years, the managers Joseph, Christine, Michelle, and Moriah have all been wonderful. I was proud to have this apartment. However since Kelly has began managing, me and the other residents are miserable or have decided to leave. I urge you to consider your options when looking for a residence, I wish I would have moved anywhere but here.
