November 13, 2019It's an excellent place to live,the apartment staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The surrounding are peaceful and clean and quiet. August 4, 2015I have been living at Waterbury Apartments for almost a year. I can not wait to resign my lease. The process was very easy. Everyone in the office building is nice as well. I love the trees everywhere surrounding the buildings. It's right off Madison street, and right behind Walmart so it's very convenient. It's a very quiet neighborhood and I like that. I haven't had a single issue all year that I had to call for maintenance. And I love that I have washer/dryer connections.
