Voted Best NWA Apartments for a Reason!
May 5, 2024My partner and I have been living here for a few months and it’s been wonderful. We have the two bedroom; Austin FloorPlan. The office staff are friendly and quick to help. Maintenance responds same day. (Most cases) The parking lots & sidewalks are lit up at night so it feels safe. A lot of things are within walking distance if you are into that. Only complaint we have is our specific unit is outside handicap parking so we have to park in front of another buildings most days. But if that’s ...the only problem- I think we’ll be okay. Great amenities. (No but actually good. No lie.) Beautiful gondolas and garden spaces. Neighbors keep to themselves but are friendly at our monthly events. Rent here is like 3rd cheapest in all of NWA. (Rent v.s SQFT) I could go on all day. We spent a long time looking into apartments but just fell in love with this complex within our first tour. Pretty much a concerns are addressed and helped and the community host a lot of events to bring us together which I personally love. The campus is also really well maintained .
