    I am renewing my lease at Waterford Park for the he second time. So far I have had nothing but good service from the members of staff. My work order issues are always responded to and resolved promptly. Looking forward to staying on for another year.

    Wonderful place to live. I haven’t had any problems since I’ve been here. Office staff is always friendly, especially Valerie! Maintenance is always fixing any requests I have within a day of putting it in. Well worth 5 stars!!

  • There's only a few bad things!

    Overall I really love these apartments! They come with washer, dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, which really makes a lot of things easier when you're moving out on your own for the first time. The bedroom and living room are both very spacious. They have a walk in closets and a nice little patio. The only thing I dislike is that I barely have any room for pots and pans in the kitchen because the cabinets are pretty small!

    I was going thru a very painfull divorce and was looking for a placeto live. what started out just looking for an apt. I found a home. the office staff were completely understanding,honest and very empathetic with my situation. I owe them so much for treating me like a person and not just another renter.i wouldn't trade my home and the office staff for anything. absolutely wonderful people.
