Excellent place to live. Very good location and quiet with ample parking. Very well maintained and most of all very nice people. The outdoor pool is a huge plus along with fitness room.

Pest issues here

Unfortunately when we moved in we were told that the apartment would be renovated when we moved out since it was considered a classic unit. Upon move in we started having issues with pest, broken appliances then they have the nerve to charge you to upgrade their apartment. Avoid this place if you want to keep money in your pocket.

Waterford is the best value in the area. Great place to live with a safe environment ample parking and clean and well-maintained grounds. The outdoor pool is wonderful. The club house staff are wonderful to work with.
