There is only one dumpster on the site for garbage collection so unless you live close to it you will have to transport your garbage to the other side of the property every day. At least there was only one when we lived there, maybe they got smarter on that by now. The biggest complaint on the property is really the management of it. Because of the lack of planning on the garbage issue the dumpster fills quickly and often. Management’s response to that problem was to tell residents to keep their garbage in their own garages. Management also thought it was a good idea to forward a former residents’ complaints via a personal email to all the residents of the community as a warning of the consequences if you default on certain provisions of your lease. A matter that should have stayed between the previous tenant and management. Once the property is completed it will be an aesthetically pleasing community and the location is really hard to beat. Access to the Clarence bike path is a plus. Expect parking issues given the garages aren’t really big enough for anything other than a sub-compact car and narrow streets throughout the property. Overall, not a bad option but expect to deal with poor management that really just wants your money and will be slow to deal with any of your concerns.
