June 20, 2024It may be on the pricey side but the quality of living has far exceeded my expectations. Honestly the only bad thing is the parking. The guest spots are few and hard to come by, it's all just a pain. But it's probably the best it can be so it's nothing to scoff at.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2024I am very happy to call Waterford on Mainstreet my home! The apartments are modern, safe and the amenities are appealing. The location is my favorite - shopping, restaurants, public transportation, paved exercise trails and post office are just a short walk away. Both management and the maintence staff are responsive, professional and friendly. The online portal makes paying rent very convenient and easy.
