June 20, 2024It may be on the pricey side but the quality of living has far exceeded my expectations. Honestly the only bad thing is the parking. The guest spots are few and hard to come by, it's all just a pain. But it's probably the best it can be so it's nothing to scoff at.Property Manager Responded

May 20, 2024I am very happy to call Waterford on Mainstreet my home! The apartments are modern, safe and the amenities are appealing. The location is my favorite - shopping, restaurants, public transportation, paved exercise trails and post office are just a short walk away. Both management and the maintence staff are responsive, professional and friendly. The online portal makes paying rent very convenient and easy. April 22, 2024I've lived at the Waterford on Mainstreet complex for four years now. I have no issues with the complex, the management, or other tenants. The parking is better than most complexes with each stall being larger than normal. The complex is quiet and well maintained. I highly recommend living here. They have great amenities, clubhouse, pools and workout room, it's honestly very comparable to a resort style. I can go on and on about location to restaurants and other attractions in the area.
