absolutely do NOT go through Jetty
November 10, 2022We lived here for about 2 years. Apparently our security deposit of ~$500 wasn’t even to cover anything that was “damaged”. It was all normal wear and tear. 7 MONTHS after move out, we owe $614 to the apartment through Jetty. We understand a part of that was we owe them utilities, but how did our security deposit not even cover the so called “damages”? On top of that, management even praised us for keeping the unit cleaner than most tenants. In March 2022 after move out, we were concerned and ...wanted to make sure we owed them everything. We were told both by Jetty and apartment management that there was nothing on was on file to be owe. Well, so much for that, right?Property Manager Responded

Worst experience
February 12, 2019Extremely unprofessional management! I have rented many apartments and this has to be the worst experience yet. Don't leave a deposit and expect to get the apartment for the price they quoted you! Get it in writing! The apartment complex is ridden with cockroaches! Don't let this place fool you! Great Place to live!
November 25, 2017I moved State and lived here for less than a year - had to move out because of my job. Living at Waterstone was very peaceful and wonderful. Maintenance requests were immediately responded and attended to. The entire Apartment complex is very clean and well maintained! It is a safe place to live as well! Francine went above and beyond in making my out-of-state move-in and move-out experience very smooth and awesome!! I would definitely come back here!Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Move Here
February 27, 2016I have lived here 5 months and in that time I have had packages stolen, my car broken into 3 times, and the management thinks they are god. in 5 months they have requested access 3 times to everyones home for inspections, 2 this year alone! Run as far as you can from his place better to slum then to have someone that thinks there god doing though your home when you are not there.Review from Apartments.com
The Elegant of all Apratment
September 1, 2015I view these apartment complex and I found this was warmed and invited place a person could live. As I was being showing the inside of the apartment I felt at home and it was a place I was willing to work toward to live there. I really enjoy the tour and how clean the grounds were, I was totally impress with this complex. I won't be long be for I will be moving toward living there.
