Horrible living conditions/ Poor management
September 3, 2019I hate it here. Unfortunately I was sucked into resigning my lease because a new management company was coming in and the brand new apartment I was approved for was still not complete. From the mountain of issues I had when I first moved in (no smoke detectors, no covers over any of the outlets, caulking a complete mess, 2nd bathroom toilet didn’t work, 2nd bathroom shower head dangling from wall, the list goes on and on and on and on); I was told all would be fixed before I moved in and of ...course on move in day all of these problems were still there. Unfortunately things only got worse. Last summer my AC went out a total of FIVE (5) times. I got a new outside unit and that was it. Now this new company HM Heckle (HM Joker more like it) has come in and had the inside unit replaced as well. So tell me why I’m sitting here, on a 90 degree day with no AC ONCE AGAIN for the 2nd time this summer. That makes a total of 7 AC breakdowns in less than a 2year span. This is unbelievable. I don’t know if they are using trash contractors or trash parts or both, but I do know I am fed up here. The same way they want rent every month is the same way I want a cool house in this southern humid heat.
