    Maple Ridge used to be a great place to live, however, they came under new management after October 2021 and the new managers have no people skills whatsoever. They are incredibly rude and condescending. I truly do not know how they got hired in the first place. Myself as well as several other people on the property had nothing but complaints about the current management staff and how they treat their tenants is absolutely horrible. The maintenance team takes forever to get anything done and ...
    does not communicate well when it comes to delays. In addition to all of that, the crime in this area has become outrageous. Multiple cars stolen from the property, nightly break ins, theft, daily drug use and deals on the property…the list goes on and on. Stay away from this property at all costs. The units may be in decent shape, but they are not worth the hell you go through living there and the constant feeling of insecurity. You do NOT want to live here.

    This complex has a close community as it is not too big, and has a convenient workout room, pool, sauna, and a car port. Also there are the optional garages if you want to pay a little bit more. Being a minute from Walmart saves a lot of time, and when you get back home there is always parking available. Also, there is quick access to Portland down the freeway. The layout of the two bedroom two bath apartments works well for two couples, and the central AC, fireplace, and laundry machines in each ...
