August 2, 2013Nica apartments, no utilities are included. The "2 bedroom" is actually a one bedroom with a very small den. Seems affordable at first look but if you take a second look it is an abandoned condo project turned into apartments right next to he rail road tracks. Not impressed.Review from Apartments.com
