Avoid at all cost
January 7, 2025This has been, without a doubt, the worst place I’ve ever lived. As a military member, I’ve traveled extensively and lived in many locations, but this experience has been the most disappointing. The online pictures are incredibly misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. At 5’9”, the ceilings are only a few inches above my head, creating a cramped and uncomfortable living space. When I received my keys, there was no proper walkthrough or handoff, and I was immediately ...met with numerous unresolved maintenance issues. On the very first day, I noticed the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, with spider webs and bugs visible before even stepping inside. Paint chips and debris were left from recent work, and there were dead roaches in the corners of the carpet. The patio hadn’t been cleaned at all, and the bathrooms were in an unacceptable, filthy condition. The parking situation is chaotic, with people double-parking in non-assigned spaces despite having their own assigned spots. The walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to ignore every argument from my neighbors. Communication with management has been a nightmare – response times are either extremely slow or nonexistent. I had to physically visit the office to get any issues addressed, which was incredibly inconvenient given my work schedule. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The amenities are nowhere near worth the poor living conditions and lack of proper management. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.Property Manager Responded
