January 21, 2021I’ve been here for a few years and have seen the building manager change. I’ve never had a bad experience with either manager but will say that the new building manager has definitely been making improvements to the building. It’s cleaner, there’s FINALLY a camera in the lobby and a package room (no more stolen packages). Very responsive and friendly. Maintenance is also very responsive, but if you have an emergency request after hours be prepared to wait a while as there is no one on property ...after hours. The rent is cheap for the area so you get what you pay for, it’s an older building so don’t move in expecting perfection.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Total nightmare!!!!
February 18, 2019The staff is horrible. The place has giant roaches and i still have damage to my body from the elevator being down . Staff will harass you . Never any parking . The owners of the building are even more incompetent then the terrible manipulative unprofessional people they hire . Don’t botherReview from Apartments.com
