    I've been living here since October 2023 and I'm thrilled to say that Clarissa, Ibet, Paloma, Luis, and Manager Tia have made my experience at West End absolutely phenomenal! Their prompt attention to any minor issues has been impressive. And a special shout-out to the incredible maintenance crew, Thai and Juan - they're truly amazing! Their dedication and expertise have made my stay truly stress-free.
