Renters Reviews and Ratings
Very decent for the price
April 20, 2020I've lived here for almost 5 years now. I've lived in a one bedroom as well as a two bedroom. The yards are always well maintained. Pest control is always on schedule. I've never had any issues with bugs. The tenants are pretty quiet and mine their own business. The owners are always working on the property. The manager is a very nice lady.Review from Apartments.com
Money pinchers
October 23, 2019After living here for more than 5 yrs, they still have not changed or fixed amenities, the facilities, or ac/heater units. I have never lived in an apt complex that did not upkeep on their maintenance. The laundry facility is really dirty with spider webs, bugs, mold, overly filled trash cans that gets taken out once a month, the washer and dryer are always messing up or won’t take anymore quarters to do laundry. We have to change/ buy our own filters for the unit. The heater/ac unit would get ...clogged and not blow out cold air, or the lines would freeze. As the unit line would get clogged up, it caused wetness around the unit area and mold. I was told to use my own towels and vacuum to clean mess up and clean the mold... Im not dirtiring my own bath towels to clean up the mold. And this is keeping old unit temp at 75-80 degrees. I have constantly reported it, and all they would do or say is to keep unit at a temp where it’s not pumping so hard... it’s freaking Texas hot weather. Nobody wants to be inside with a unit that is not blowing cold air! And having to keep unit off or at a high temp of 80-85 during the hottest part of the day! Plus the heater unit is so old, I’m scared it might cause a fire hazard and the apartment would get dusty all the time. I would have to dust every two days and it looked like I never would do so. Leaks under the sinks have been reported and it never got fixed. Dish washer never worked when I first moved in, and never got fixed or replaced. Every so often the water in the shower, all sinks, and toilet would come brown and smelly. I ended up having to buy a filter because I felt the water from kitchen was unsafe to drink. The carpet is over 10yrs old and needs changing out. After all the maintenance issues reported, it never got fixed. And they even went up on the rent. Recently I was told you can’t even park your car in the parking lot if it’s dirty from road construction work because the owners don’t want their parking lot to be dirty. That’s just outrageous! To me the owners are money pinchers and don’t want to upkeep and maintain the apartments. Instead they rather go up on the rent and still keep everything old and broken. Absolutely Do Not Live Here. I’m so glad I moved out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Former tenant
January 7, 2018Absolutely sucks, will never suggest living here, after a 5 year occupancy was treated very bad by the owners. I was threatened with a lawsuit, to 'reclaim' loses to damages that were never incurred. Who charges to replace carpet that is more than 10 years old? I with a multitude of other previous tenants after leaving were threatened with lawsuits. Beware inquiring because the headache is not worth it.Review from Apartments.com
