Best River North Home yet!
June 12, 2023I have lived in 4 other high rises in River North over the years, and West 77 has been the best by far. The staff (management, concierge and maintenance) is amazing. Any reasonable request I have has been attended to in a timely manner by EOB. Also, this is the only high rise thus far that exhibits a unique security: the fob entry is so secure no one can enter the building from outside without concierge permission. In other high rises, people can just walk into the lobby. I give this place 10 ...out of 5 stars!!!Property Manager Responded

Anytime I've been sent a package it has either been lost, misplaced, mislabeled, or I've gotten email about packages that don't even exist.
