I absolutely recommend the Westbrooke properties. Gym and pool facilities are great, the local area is quiet, and close to both RIT college and coinvent to local stores. I've had no problems with maintenance on the unit.

Going on my third year and still recommend living here. I’m happy with my unit and any problem I had was quickly addressed by management. They have good communication with residents, posting information in the entryways and online. Maintenance has the grounds well-kept in the summer and plowed in winter. The hallways are cleaned as well, and the laundry facility is always available. I still find the area a convenient place to live and work.

I only lived at Westbrooke for a year and that was long enough to know how poorly they are run. They will try to get every dollar they can from you and will avoid giving you direct answers. It is now 2 months out and I STILL have not received my security deposit after calling them over 5 times and getting a different reason every time. They also charged me double rent my last month and still no refund. There is mold in the ceilings, the walls are very thin and the apartments need major updating. ...
Staff is not helpful. Save yourself money and stress and live somewhere else.
