    I lived here from 2016-2022. At first it was ok, but then it all went downhill. Maintenance was a F- it would take weeks to months for them to come out. I remember one time they came to do a work order I placed a year prior. Another time they were doing rounds on apartments to see who needed maintenance work done, I told them my issues and they said they would be right back, they left and never came back. My ac was out in the summer for an entire month leaving my apartment over 90 degrees. I had ...
    to be moved to another apartment because the ceiling in my bathroom collapsed and was leaking water everywhere. I put in multiple work orders and even called multiple times about the ceiling caving in, somehow the front office tried to blame me for it asking why I didn’t make someone come look. Then when I moved to my final apartment back here my electricity kept flickering off. My refrigerator broke in October of 2021 and remained broken even after I moved out in February of 2022. There was dog crap all over the apartment complex, gate never work, trash everywhere, gnats infestations, constant flooding in the parking lot. Then the noise level was awful. I had neighbors who would blast music from sun up to sun down and sun down to sun up. They would jump and stomp all day long. Bang and slam things as if they were crazy. Front office never did anything about it. Worst apartment complex ever.

  • HORRIBLE

    I have been without air conditioning for a month! There’s mold in my unit they refuse to make the repairs .. I’ve tried going to the office multiple times to get serviced ! I’ve put in work orders ! I’ve put in maintenance requests, and no response. I’m 5 months pregnant expecting my first child and I haven’t gotten any assistance or help with anything ! Im not satisfied.

  • Do not move here

    June 26, 2022
    It is impossible to get in contact with management, especially for emergency situation. I had emergency maintenance issues and my problems didn't get fixed for about 2 weeks. I had to constantly call/visit the leasing office to get something done. The property manager is never in the office or available and the receptionist can't do anything accept listen to your complaint. This is the worst complex I have lived in. However, the units themselves are nice but it isn't worth it.

  • WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

    I wish I could give 0 stars!!! Living here was a nightmare from the very beginning! I was told my apartment would be ready April 1. It wasn’t move in ready until April 15. I moved in and the carpet was still wet, it smelled terrible. 3 days of me calling and complaining they came a changed the carpet. April 29 my closet flooded. They came out dried the carpet and left. May 30 both my closets flooded. They came out and dried the carpet. June 8 both my closets, bedroom and bathroom flooded. I asked ...
    in May, June, July, and August to be move to another unit and they always said they didn’t have anything available even though the apartment next to mine was empty. Mold grew in my closets they came and painted over it and it kept growning. I lived here from April-September and every month my apartment would flood. Every month. I was forced to move and they refused to let me out of my lease so now I’m stuck with this on my credit report and they want me to pay them $2000. I called and emailed Lynd Management for months and never got an answer. This was my worst experience with an apartment ever. Not to mention the parking is terrible, the grounds are always dirty, the laundry room is always dirty and most machines don’t work. Even the maintenance man told me I should move out because the owners would never fix my problems. Save your money. Do not move here!

    We have been through at least 3 or 4 managers before the current manager now. They keep raising the rent but drag their feet for months to fix things in the apartment.     This place is horrible, don’t move to this raggedy apartment complex. My apartment is full of water again. Damaging my furniture again and they don’t pay for your stuff, don’t pay you back for spending extra money at hotels. No reimbursements from Westchase Zero star rating

    There is never any place to park , maintenance people are RUDE and SLOW , poorly kept area , the on site laundromat is always DIRTY , bug problems , dumpsters overfill quickly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

  • YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!

    They want your money don’t care about your comfort. This review needs to be updated!!! The halls are pissy! Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Some have been without AC for a month. They gave some window units instead of fixing them. They went up on the rent without updating anything AND THEY DON’T PLAN TO. The painted our door burgundy and pressure washed the outside and said “that 50.00 extra dollars a month for each apartment. Right now my freezer doesn’t freeze, ac doesn’t work and water ...
    pressure for the shower is so low. There are on call maintenance but they don’t answer and the office plays the we don’t know what happened, we called them game. It’s frustrating don’t do it!! I’m miserable.

  • NOT THE BEST

    I have been living here 2 years in two DIFFERENT apartments, and have experienced AC problems IN BOTH APARTMENTS. Even though i experienced a total of 3 MONTHS with NO WORKING AC, I was not offered any compensation. Their maintenance is very slow, and even has a week long waiting list. I have problems with my utilities every other month. Half of my lights even went out in the apartment for a week, and it was my BROTHER who had to come work the sockets. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TRAINING to fix most of ...
    my problems. My best advice is to consider moving back if you are a handy man. Otherwise, keep looking.

    The maintenance men are very respectful and attentive EXCEPT for one he has a bad attitude and he also addresses the tenants in a disrespectful way . The Assistant manager Brandy is very helpful and always trying anything she can to fix the problems.Also the maintenance manager Patrick is also very kind and also is attentive to the tenants and making sure their maintenance problems are handle . I recommend if anyone does stay back here to go to Brandy for information with leasing and questions ...
    she's also very patient and has always had a great attitude with any encounter that I've had with her. But for the most part the maintenance team at west chase is reliable except one , but you can always find him by the pool sitting on a go cart on the phone..... on 08/10/17 he came to me with the worse attitude in front his manager , the asst. manager and also the leasing manager they had to pull him back and out the room , keep in mind i'm a FEMALE and wasn't addressing him , i was talking to Brandy about my concern of not having any air going on night 3 , and he just chimed in aggressively and started addressing me and my situation in a defensive way and his exact words to me were "i'm going to defend myself i don't care who it is" and he made that statement after his supervisor asked him to leave out the building nicely . for the most part its a good place to stay and also the workers are very friendly they greet you every time they see you and they have a good attitude EXCEPT ONE. I'm very displeased with this experience I've encounter and it's not the first time he has been this way! THESE ARE GREAT APARTMENTS,THEY JUST DON'T GIVE GUEST PASSES & WHEN THE VISITOR PARKING (THE FEW SPOTS THEY HAVE) ARE FILLED YOUR GUEST WILL HAVE TO PARK AT THE GAS STATION & WALK OVER.THE POOL ALSO IS NEVER OPEN , OR ONLY IS OPEN DURING OFFICE HOURS SO I'VE NEVER GOTTEN TO SWIM BECAUSE I USUALLY GET OFF AT 6PM & MY ONLY OFF DAY WHICH IS SUNDAYS THE POOLS ARE CLOSED.I LOVE HOW ATTENTIVE & HELPFUL BRANDY IS , SHE STARTED OUT AS MY LEASING AGENT AND SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND GENEROUS.PATRICK ALSO HAS A VERY HUMBLE AND AMAZING ATTITUDE AS WELL AND IF THEY WASN'T WORKING HERE HONESTLY I PROBABLY WOULD'VE GIVEN UP ON STAYING BACK HERE , because they treat the renter as if you're kids .....other then that it's an amazing environment and the few maintenance men who actually does work , they keep the complex very clean and together .

    Ive lived here 2 years and a week ago I went to the office to renew my lease with a manager and i was told that no one was available. I checked in through out the day and still no one was available. I left my name and number and they did not call me until 7 days later. They enter in and out of your apartment with no notice of entry, My ceiling in my bathroom was leaking at 5 am. I left a voicemail on the maintenence emergency line no one called back. I called the office and mentioned to them ...
    about the problem at 3pm and they told me it was taken care of. WHAT? Why wasnt i notified my call was received? why didnt someone call and say the problem was taken care of? Why isnt there a note saying someone was in my home? This is a real personal space issue. This property is managed by LATTER & BLUM. They advertise a gated community, but is a circle, a circle, if its not complete? The gate has been closed for a week since I moved in and the pool by my home has not been up and running since ive moved in. The dumbsters are also always over flowing. All these issues have been going on since ive moved in and I just got a letter saying my rent will be increased.

Well i call Westchase apartment and did everthing by mail and over the phone which warked out fabulous i talked every orher week with the leaseing agent ahe was nice and understand and knew everything about my move. Well she told me the apartment would be ready by time i arrived, but a water leak happen and when ask my parents could i stay at there home they informed me the home i grew up in had a house fire and the ...
    was in a hotel. i was sad and out of money beacause all me and my daughter had was for gas and food for the uhaul. BUT God fot us to new orleana safe and when i told thw leaseing agent she had the maintenace men work all night to get the apartment ready so at end of my journey my parents moved in with us for two months until their house was bulid back from the fire. my soul, my heart is deeply thanks to Westchse Apt.
