September 28, 2024The unit is nice, but the kitchen never seems to be without roaches. It is difficult to bring in groceries, for the rain hits the loading dock, which smells of garbage especially in the heat of summer, and the doors do not open easily for carrying in heavy bags.Property Manager Responded

September 6, 2024summer season was great I really enjoyed the pool. The lifeguard staff was always professional and respectful. Meet fellow tenants which was wonderful The .maintenance staff kept the grounds looking good.Property Manager Responded

September 5, 2024It has been a month since I moved in; and I had nothing but a good experience. The people are nice and the staff are welcoming. Maintenance response within 48 hours of you putting a work order in see your availability to complete the task. I can truly say I am not regretting this move thus far .Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2024Hi, this is my first month at this community and so far I’m enjoying my new apartment. Still unpacking which can be a bit tedious especially having to do it after a long day’s work . I love my spacious apartment and the many amenities that’s offered with the community.
