May 30, 2023This place is nasty, the management do not care, if you want to live like a pig come here. Where do I start, roaches, loose cates, roof leaking, old apartments. just the full definition of NASTY I am leaving next month because I could no longer give them my money for a nasty old apartment.Review from Apartments.com
Do not move here
February 9, 2023This is one of the worst apartments in Jacksonville. Ever since people’s choice took over there has been no type of maintenance on property. Roach infested and the property is filled with stray cats. They came and raised the rent by 200 bucks and now it’s almost empty! They charge 30 dollars to pay the rent online! Management is rude and I never see any maintenance crews around! Everyone is trying to move out! Avoid at all costReview from Apartments.com
