    The management team is the absolute best around and to me they are my family ,they help with just about everything you can think of customer service and maintenance are best practices I don’t ever want to leave my apartment except to go see them in action

    I am very upset about the dog park that was built right outside our apartment. It used to be quiet which has given me so much peace and now there is barking late at night and early in the mornings waking us up and keeping me up. Disrupts the privacy we had as well. So sad and stresses me out. Once it gets warmer it will be even more frustrating. It makes it annoying to work from home as well. A big reason we moved here was to be somewhere quiet. I definitely would not have moved here had I known ...

    I have really enjoyed living here! The maintenance team is quick with repairs. The apartments are extremely nice and being by the foothill as is the best part!

    I love it here! The location of the community and the views of the front range are one of the many reasons why I stay! It’s so peaceful with nature walks right in our backyard! Our dogs love it!

    Pretty nice little apartment complex. Nicer part of Littleton, and nice people living here. You definitely get what you pay for living here, although it’s not cheap it’s luxury!

    Great community and location. Friendly leasing staff and maintenance folks. Only issue I have here is sometimes the communication isn’t the best. Over a couple months of discussing lease renewals and negotiating price they decided to increase the detached garage price up to $200/month from $150 at the last minute. That’s probably more on the ownership that’s based in Texas than the leasing folks though. Over experience here is good and would recommend if you are ok paying the price

    I really appreciate the staff at the Westerly. They set the tone for the complex and make it feel homey. The quality of the apartments is fair, but there are some examples that suggest the complex was built quickly and with little attention to details.
