About Western Hills Apartments
Western Hills and West Colonial are in the same neighborhood just off Harmony Way. Western Hills offers 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning. Included in your rent is trash. Western Hills residents all get High Speed dedicated internet connections in each unit for $33 per month. We offer 12-month leases starting at $570.00 per month. There is a $30.00 application fee, and a $100.00 security deposit on all units (assuming a good credit and rental background check) You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense. We allow de-clawed and neutered cats, for an additional $200 non-refundable deposit and an additional $30.00 per month per cat. Western Hills also has a tenant garden for our tenants to share. West Colonial offers 1 Bedroom, 1-Bath Apartments and 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apartments. One Bedrooms start at $570.00 and 2 Bedrooms start at $750.00. All units have a stove, refrigerator, walk-in closet and air conditioning. West Colonial does not allow any pets. Feel free to call us to set up your personal tour. We do background checks including CRIMINAL, EVICTION, BANKRUPTCY & CREDIT. If you have problematic CRIMINAL, EVICTION, BANKRUPTCY OR CREDIT, you likely will not qualify. If you are a student you will possibly need a co-signer.

December 24, 2018Rent goes up yearly. Lived there for 3.5 yrs. Rent increase is about $10 per year. Wifi is slower than a dial up modem so expect to get your own internet services. Background check is regid. Maintenance requests were prompt. Parking can be a problem depending on which unit/ building you are located. Great location, great price
February 22, 2018I lived here for a little over 2 years and was a great for me and my fiancé. She worked at a local hospital and I worked on the west side of Evansville. Because of its location we could get to anywhere fast. The landlord is always keeping us informed of the community and made us feel at home. He was super responsive and kind to my fiancé. I enjoyed it because it was close to several west side businesses, but still enough off a main road that I didn’t feel like I was living in the middle of the city. It's alright.
July 27, 2015Lived here a year and the free wifi is less than up to par. Can't even load Google without waiting 5 minutes. The complex is alright with the parking and laundry facilities included. Landlord is easy to get a hold of with questions and concerns but the rent is a little high compared to some other places.
