March 4, 2025Overall Westvale is a very nice complex. Units are new and the facilities are top notch. Security is very good with private gates leading into the complex. We love the location close to downtown Roanoke and the local park. The only negative I can give is that the grounds are not kept picked up from animal waste. Clearly this is a problem with the pet owners but the issue has persisted for the entire year we have been here. At some point the issue has to be resolved and I believe that ...property management must take more drastic measures to get it corrected. I also feel that the grounds should be cleaned up from this waste on a regular basis. It's not fair for all residents to have to live in this filth while a few residents aren't doing what they are supposed to do. Complete lack of respect for themselves and their neighbors.Property Manager Responded
