  • BEWARE OF THE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT HERE!!

    The management here can’t complete task as simple as completing your move out dates. I was sent eviction notices a year after I had moved with no issues! They have falsified records as if I lived there and did not pay rent when I left in good standing. My account is in collections and they wont release me any paperwork proving my innocence!!!

  • Don’t move here!!! It’s a set up!

    I moved into these apartments in March 2024, and I regret not doing a walkthrough before signing the lease. That was my first mistake—assuming the apartment would match what was advertised. I did inquire about it, but I didn't push the issue, which was a significant oversight on my part. On move-in day, we brought in all our belongings and left for a trip out of town. When we returned that Sunday to unpack and do a walkthrough, we noticed several issues. The blinds were dirty, the ceiling and ...
    walls hadn’t been dusted, and there was a sinkhole that I reported immediately. I was told nothing could be done because fixing it would require repairing the entire floor. Months went by, and I almost twisted my ankle because of it. When I reported it the third time, they said someone would come out to take a look. Later that week, they sent someone to check the air conditioning, and that person nearly fell due to the same issue. Surprisingly, it was finally fixed and it took only about an hour. The move-in condition, the apartment was far from clean. There was sticky residue under the sink and on the countertops—it was disgusting. The refrigerator is three different colors, not the black appliances as advertised. The stove was outdated and lacked a self-cleaning function, and there was no microwave as advertised. The laundry room didn't even have the proper connector for the dryer, which my husband had to install. There are several other minor issues, but the biggest one is the air conditioning. Initially, I thought it was fine because the weather was cool at the time. However, when May came around, the problem became apparent. The living room stays cool, but the bedrooms feel like heat boxes. The maintenance staff explained that the placement of the unit prevents air from reaching those rooms efficiently. My question is, if management knew about this issue, why would they allow anyone to move in? It’s nearly October, and I've been getting the runaround for months. Moving into this apartment has been the worst decision of my life. At this point, I just want my deposit back and a moving fee covered because this situation is unacceptable. One last thing—after passing by other apartments, I haven’t seen any that look as bad as the one I’m renting. We have NO UPGRADES, but we’re paying for an upgraded unit, and that’s not what we got. My advice: don’t move here; it’s a waste of money and peace of mind.

    the apartment unit itself was nice. The outside and neighborhood is ghetto. The management office can be nice & work with you but they can be rude as well. Getting maintenance to fix something is an act of Congress. The washer & dryers seemed to never work properly. The whole year and 2 months i was living there the pool was NEVER open. They boast about their ‘resort style pool’ but never let anyone swim in it. Always kept the gates locked. We couldn’t even swim and enjoy the amenities we paid ...
    for. And every time you called to see if the pool was open they always had an excuse as to why it was closed. Same situation with the basketball court, every time we tried to go play it was locked up. Overall i give it 2 stars. I would it give a 1 1/2 stars if i could. Last year (2020) i witnessed someone run over a little girl in the parking lot... you have to be careful and watch when you walk in that parking lot, people speed like crazy there even with the few speed bumps they have. Also, i would hear gun shots every now and then but then again, it is Shreveport & that area isn’t the safest.
