BE WARY OF THIS AGENCY
April 22, 2024I submitted an application in February. I withdrew my application for and did not sign a reservation or lease agreement. The $250.00 administrative fee that I paid should have been refunded. The office did not confirm receipt of my withdrawal. I have called 10+ times and send 4-5 emails requesting return of the administrative fee with no response. The final straw is that last week they called me to pick up my key- I told them that I do not have a lease and need my refund. The woman said she would ...pass me on to a manger…no response. Today I just got an email confirming my move in….I have no lease here!!! I am posting this here so I hopefully recieve a response, but I would be very concerned about locking in a lease with this agency.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
