January 26, 2025The apartment is great and I love the space. However, the person living above me plays music loudly all the time and I can hear it in my bedroom because the walls are so thin. I asked her to turn the music down so I could go to sleep and she said she plays the music because there are raccoons in her attic that are really loud and she’s trying to drown out the sound of them with music. She also said that she’s had raccoons in her attic since October and nothing has been done about it.Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2024It would be better if they kept the complex clean and kept up with maintenance. We’ve been waiting over a month for our roof leaks to be fixed. In the meantime the soggy popcorn ceiling spots turn blacker everyday.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2024This apartment complex is a nightmare. Everything from constant maintenance issues, dog poop in the grass, no sidewalks, noisy neighbors, domestic violence from neighbors, having your car blocked in by uber drivers and moving trucks. October 7, 2024Move in was an extremely easy process thanks to Sandra. So far from what I noticed the neighbors are friendly but I’ve only been here 2 days so I’m excited to see what happens from here on now. I gave 4 out of 5 because there are some issues with the apartment that I feel should’ve been taken care of before I moved in but hopefully they’re fixed soon.Property Manager Responded
