Refreshing and great location
August 4, 2023The units have been remodeled and you can’t beat the location!Review from Apartments.com
Nice and quiet
August 31, 2022The office manager Deb is always prompt about any issues and maintenance has always fixed things immediately. I've been here for 5 months and I love it. It's quiet and there is laundry on site.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible repair record
April 20, 2016Management and owner are NOT responsive to structural problems with units. Mine had no lock on window. Maintenance people knew this. One of these employees tried to break into my apt. through this window. Police caught him a few blocks away. Despite promises, window never fixed. No screens on any window. Heater broke beginning of winter and not fixed. This place is a bad place to live safely or conformably. Only good point is location in city and covered parking.Review from Apartments.com
Wildwood Place
September 23, 2015Nice fro the price. Location is good for the Southwest side of town. The down side is no laundry in apartment or on premises. The neighbors are disrespectful and play music at all hours. We were told not to park in front of the apartments. However, this is not enforced as everyone parks in these prohibited areas. I hope the place never catches on fire! We are looking for a new place. If you have a tight budget it's not bad. But, if you can afford better go for it! It's not worth saving the cash.Review from Apartments.com
DON'T BELIEVE THE PHOTOS
September 18, 2015Since those photos were taken, all trees and shrubs have been cut down. It looks like a concentration camp. These apartments have loud, dirty, inefficient electric furnaces, which make the electric bill well over $200 a month during four winter months for only 520 sq. ft. of space. Because the apartments are old, something is always breaking down, and it takes forever to get anything fixed because they are chronically understaffed, and both incompetent maintenance men barely speak English. ...Except for emergencies, your needs are practically ignored. There is almost no countertop space. The refrigerator is very small. Stove and hot water are electric, and you pay for it. The drafty vertical blinds have wands so high that only a very tall person can adjust them. If it snows on a weekend, nothing gets ploughed or shoveled, but even during the work week, each resident must shovel their own porch and carport. A recent power outage left them with no hot water, a/c, stove, heat, microwave or refrigeration. Those that had places to go left for two days until the power returned.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't Trust the Pictures
September 17, 2015Don't believe the pictures. Since those pictures were taken, every single tree and every shrub of any size has been cut down. It looks like a concentration camp. The electric bill is astronomical (over $200 per month for 4 winter months) for 520 sq ft of space due to the loud, inefficient electric heater, and the fact that you have to pay for your own hot water. It takes forever to get anything fixed because there are two incompetent maintenance men who barely speak English for the whole ...property and even then it is rarely fixed right. They only care about attracting new people. Those who have been here awhile are treated like dirt.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Underwelming
August 12, 2015I live in an apartment owned by wildwood place. This was the first place that I could imagine my boyfriend and I living. It had a small yard, new everything, and a friendly staff. The first problem arose not long after moving in. We discovered that they failed to put screws back in cupboard doors as well as the security bar in the back. Soon after we found that the water only goes halfway to hot in the bathroom, the paint flakes off, the yard is not mowed well, the potholes on the way in ...simply continue to grow, the staff is rude, the oven doesn't work, and the office is not timely on sending help. The best parts of the apartment are the hard wood floors and the car port outside.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Looking for a fresh start?
July 26, 2015Excellent if looking for a short stay. Month to month leasing with affordable rent. Not meant for long term stay. Walls are thin, large windows on end units make for a high utility bill, and little counter space. No washer or dryer and no dishwasher. However they do have new h2o heaters, appliances, and wood floorsReview from Apartments.com
Wildwood Place Apartments
July 24, 2015Great place if looking for a short stay to get back on your feet. Month to month lease and rent that is less than 500 a mo. New wood floor and new appliances including a water heater. However, the walls are thin, ants and mice have been an issue, large windows that make for high power bill, and there's very little counter space.Review from Apartments.com
