Landlord never contacts you
October 13, 2018This place is a dump looks nothing like the pictures every time you renew your lease your rent goes up property manager Mary is ridiculously unfriendly I have lived here 2 years and since they took over this place has gone down hill my sliding glass doors have been broken for almost a year my air conditioner doesn’t work so in the summer it almost 100 degrees in here with only windows in both bedrooms that open sideways you can’t put a fan or air conditioner in them I was told they couldn’t ...replace mine because they had none and my sliding glass doors would stay broken because I owed late fees one was from there maintenance men braking it in November and being told it would be fixed right away to owe now we have to wait till the weather is better that was almost a year ago I live off of 2 paychecks a month so I had to purchase heaters to stay warm which left me paying my rent on the 10th that’s a $50.00 late fee and then in May I was in a car accident on my there to pay my rent it was on a Friday I also have proof and because I couldn’t make there and they are closed on weekends and I was in a lot of pain made it there Monday the 7th they hit me with another late fee asked if I could speak to the landlord again to wave the fees I was givin his email address which he never responds to any of them Mary said it’s not her problem I was keeping those late fees and forget calling the corporate # that’s a joke you get a lady who can barely understand you and no response back ever I give up you don’t want to do your part and fix things I’m leaving Mary told me she was no longer excepting anything from me and I couldn’t renew my lease I would have to month by month which makes my rent even higher this place is a joke I can’t wait to move this place is nothing like it used to be before these people took over mind you between freezing in the winter from broken sliding glass doors and dying in the summer from no ac I’m more than happy to leave this place behindRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
