February 4, 2025everything is overall okay just the fact that the people living above us have been extremely disrespectful when trying to address the amount of noise theyve been making they came to our door and started yelling at me and my boyfriend in our house telling me i need to check myself? weve been nothing but calm and courteous with them considering how ignorant theyve been and we get smacked in the face for nothingProperty Manager Responded

January 24, 2025Willow Springs made my experience so smooth! Office Manager Lucy was great and the look and lease option is the way to go. I want to know exactly what I'm getting into before I sign and my apartment is gorgeous! It has all the amenities I wanted and then some and the price is reasonable and within my budget. January 23, 2025It's okay to live here, the rent is a little ridiculous for what you are getting but it's better than some places I have reviewed. The layout is very small and maintenance is horrible. Poop everywhere with no one picking it up and just a lot of issues with the building and the office staff. All the extra charges you have to pay for even if you don't use them you will still have to pay no matter what. WProperty Manager Responded

January 16, 2025I like the apartments because they are very quiet. I have lived here for 3 years and haven’t had any problems. Maintenance works pretty fast when their is any issue and we appreciate that!Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025Llego 3 años viviendo aquí y hasta ahora todo bien, es un lugar seguro para vivir, lo único malo es que pagas por un servicio de recolección de basura y este no hace bien su trabajo, he tenido que poner múltiples reclamos porque no se llevan mi basura, y entonces me toca a mi salir por la mañana a tirarla hasta el contenedor, esto es algo muy frustrarte y hasta ahora no he tenido solución ante esta situación.Property Manager Responded

December 21, 2024I love this complex, the only downside is the gates are constantly broken/stuck open. Kinda defeats the point of the gate. Aside from that the office staff is amazing and so kind!Property Manager Responded
