The management team is always friendly and responsive, addressing any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-kept laundry facility, a beautiful pool area, and a playground for children. The location is fantastic, with easy access to dining and gas stations. Stellar management & maintenance technician
November 5, 2022This is my 2nd year at Winds of Oak Forest. I’ve never had one problem. I feel completely safe whether it be early morning or late at night. Very well lit. Lesly put my mind at ease when I first moved here from out of state. I have never rented an apartment sight unseen & although I was nervous about it, Lesly made sure there were no problems when I arrived. Clean & quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better property manager. Mario, our maintenance technician, does a phenomenal job taking care of the ...entire complex. He goes above & beyond what you’d think maintenance should do. Always respectful, extremely professional & courteous to his tenants. I asked if he could take my A/C units out & not only did he do this the very next day, when I came home from work, he had neatly put them back in their original boxes so all I had to do was close them up & put away in a closet. July 17, 2020Let me tell you about how awesome the property manager Lesly is. She got me and husband taken care of and moved in same day when we put our move in date for ASAP and both herself and her team made that happen they themselves did not have to go the extra mile to make it happen.No complaints just happy, my children and husband are happy. Great place to live if your looking for a nice apartment with great service.
