    My husband and i moved back from the west coast to Chicagoland. We found Windsor estate as our interim residence. Depending on your budget, good apartments, excellent maintenance and outstanding management! It’s a community here! A little far from Chicago, plenty of shopping within 0.7 miles and safe.

    Reasonable place to live in a great location but is a bit run down and desperately in need of repairs especially the exterior areas of the property. It could be cleaner and the parking lot is full of pot holes causes major damage to tires.

    The management sucks, the maintenance sucks, upon moving out they nickel and dime you & even if you leave the place spotless they will say it was dirty! Would give a big fat zero if I could. They only care about getting your money and the places are not even mediocre! Be smarter about whose pockets you are filling because if you live here you are supporting SCUM

    We highly recommend Windsor Estates. It’s a great blend of amazing neighborhood, beautiful nature, cozy apartments, great amenities and very friendly and welcoming management team. Schools nearby have high ratings and all needed infrastructure is available in walking distance.
