Can't go wrong
April 28, 2022I'm a 7th grade ELA teacher in Pompano and I was in a rush to move years ago and came across Windsor Forest. From the moment I came onto the property, I knew I was home. I've been living in this neighborhood for 3 years now and enjoy it immensely. There are 2 pools, a gym, a BBQ area, little playground and now we have a number of beautiful new trees to add to the overall nature feel. I happen to have a balcony right by the pool and I have to say, NOTHING beats the view I have of the sky ? Lisa ...is an incredible property manager and she reminds me of friends and family from back up north. Jose,Fidel, and the rest of the maintenance crew are all so helpful, warm, and friendly. Jose even put air in my tire one day when he noticed it was almost completely flat. He did NOT have to do that, but he did and it was so helpful and sweet. Ovelyn who works in the office is a BRIGHT shining star that greets me with a big beautiful smile and we have our chats when I come to get my packages or just to say hello. All of the women in the office are genuinely kind and good people, which is very rare. Honestly, this neighborhood is in a good location, has a wonderful staff, and consistently improving the grounds. Come check it out ? I'm sure you'll love it!!Property Manager Responded

Nice Apartments
October 24, 2019I Spoked to Giselle on Facebook and from the beginning she was super kind with me . Unfortunately , I made an appointment to see the building and I couldn't make on time because I was working and I was so afraid to lose the Special she gave it to me. So , the other day she contacted me in the morning and I explained to her what happened and she completely understood and scheduled me for the next day. I'm so happy that I could find an apartment for my family and I with the easy process, nice ...apartments, good location and amazing Special Move in. July 7, 2018Been here for over 7 years. Seen it switch ownership many times. And I have to say, I am so happy to be here. The management makes every effort to accommodate any and all requests. I as many tenants have run in to difficulties paying their rent and as long as long as you speak to the manager, she is willing to work with you. I would totally recommended this place to anyone interested. The grounds sre awesome and very clean. IF YOU LIKE ROACHES....THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!
April 7, 2017Worse living experience ever.... Please take note how they treat you in the initial meeting and then when you need repairs or service. I had a terrible experience living here. Roaches were actually in my kitchen ceiling panels, in my refrigerator,a brand new microwave, and was in the lining of my living room couches.( All 3 items I threw out when i moved out) I advised the staff and got no response. I tell manager , after i got no reply and she said" I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS EARLY IN THE ...MORNING, I HAVE 300 OTHER UNITS TO WORRY ABOUT !!" And to really put the icing on the cake, I contacted maintenance for a repair item, they left my door ajar after they left, and because i was at work when they repaired the issue they put my apartment at risk for being robbed or even worse. They charged a fee for not " waxing the floors" on move out and waited the full 30 days to return my balance. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! OVerpriced!
September 3, 2016OVERPRICED! That's the only to describe these apartments. The apartments are really old and everything including dishwasher, fridge don't work properly and no microwave. Be careful how much deposit you are giving becuase you won't get that back.Review from Apartments.com
An honest review
June 2, 2016I recently moved into a 1x1 at Windsor and so far I love it! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the apartment I moved into has been updated (kitchen, floors, bathroom), and the apartment is very spacious. The former complex I used to live in had paper thin walls, Windsor is not the case - I cant hear my neighbors which great! I can however hear when someone is out in the hall which is no big deal. Being close to the highway is a definite plus, surprisingly you cant hear any of the ...highway noise. Pool areas are very nice and they have a gym! My only negative comment would be the surrounding complex’s, they are a bit sketchy… But Windsor does have a security guard patrolling at night which is very reassuring.
