The dwelling units are well designed and height of the roof is designed excellent in all units. The property is very easy to access the Washing DC high way as it is located strategically. Besides above all, metro station, popular grocery shops , banks, pharmacy and popular food joints are just walking distance. The location is perfect, offering a short commute to my workplace and easy access to shops and local amenities, which has made settling into the area so convenient. The community features have been a huge plus for us. The dog park and children’s play area have been incredibly convenient. The Amazon lockers are another great addition, making package deliveries safe and hassle-free. A special ...shoutout to Logan and Lauren, who were extremely helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Their support both before and after our lease began made the transition smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has also been outstanding—always professional, prompt, and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The community events are well advertised, however, they do not add anything to my living experience. The price of rent does not equate to the quality of amenities and overall living.
