November 19, 2024I recently had to put in a service request for a leak to be repaired in my garage! Edgar called me the following morning, and told me that he had contacted a team of painters to come and fix the ceiling as the leak had already been fixed and we just needed to focus on the ceiling repair. He also explained why there was a leak in the first place, as the garage sits below another unit and I was curious about how it was possible for my garage to have a leak in the first place. He explained that the ...neighbors above has dogs, and that sometimes hair can clog the drains in the water heater closet - and that was the issue that had lead to the leak. I am very pleased with how professional he conducted himself and that he kept me in the loop the entire time as the painters came and went the following day!
