April 3, 2025The overall cleanliness of the property (specifically the parking garage) is well below average to poor. The management staff needs to hire someone to pick up litter on a regular basis. The next item that Memorial by Windsor needs to address is the elevators. They only recently are all working, but the cleanliness and appearance of the elevators is poor.Review from Apartments.com

The building is within a 15 minute drive of all the best spots in Houston, and most importantly it is a 10 minute drive to downtown. The location is excellent for getting out to exercise, enjoying downtown and easy access to so many parts of town. Management regularly holds events to promote community and getting to know our neighbors. Concierge and valet services are top notch and make parking, getting packages and guest access simple.
